So tonight I've gone for the Moldovan speciality, stuffed cabbage leaves and polenta. The leaves contained a mixture of meats, served with sour cream and a rather hot green pepper. I asked for a side serving of pickles much to the consternation of Gabriel who told me that it was not a traditional accompaniment. The meal was very delicious, I might have the same tomorrow night. It is so comfortable here that I have had an additional bottle of beer making three in total. Shocking I know.
