This was very delicious. The plums were perfect with the pork and the red cabbage was infused with a tiny amount of cinnamon. How strange that the Romanians are able to produce such delicious food, with so little drama, it's a contrast to the UK where food seems to be so complicated.
I decided against the giblet stew, probably it is okay, perhaps the translator didn't use the correct word., but I just didn't fancy it.
As I type this the proprietor is hovering at the end of the table, I think he has seen me photographing the food and then typing into the phone, perhaps he thinks I am writing restaurant guide.
