Bus ride

I'm now in Târgu Mures and I took these from the window of the minibus, it bounced around rather a lot so it was quite difficult to get decent shots. Observe that the land is divided up into small plots, each around an acre I'd say, ie 220 yds x 22 yds , I've been told that this is a major impediment to large scale agriculture because each of those plots belongs to a different person and until they are all merged into one then it isn't possible to farm like we do in the UK with huge equipment. What's growing in those plots is generally pretty pathetic as well, wheat that is sparse, undernourished and full of weeds, hay fields full of thistles.
I think the landscape looks quite English though,  it's green and rolling.
