The town is at about 600 mtrs and I am at about 950 mtrs. As I passed through the countryside the agriculture seemed pretty basic, and yet the land looks to me to be as good as any in England. They don't seem to have the gigantic tractors and combines that we have, they are probably not using much fertiliser either because the crops looked quite stunted by UK standards.
